Position: Regional Account Manager

 

 

Job Description:

A US Headquartered company, Mobile Mark, Inc. is currently searching for a unique person for the position of Regional Account Manager.  The position would be based in our Schiller Park, IL headquarters. 

 

We put a priority on communications and camaraderie, and value the entrepreneurial spirit.  We maintain an open office environment, with a flattened organizational structure.

 

Specific responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

 

·        Manages the entire selling, and support process for assigned geographical territory (or national if required for continuity)

 

·        Interfaces with VARS/Resellers, OEMs, Distributors, System Operators as well as Federal/State entities to facilitate sales of Mobile Mark Antenna products

 

·        Contact existing customers, follows up on sales leads and cold-call potential new customer contacts. Contacts are made by phone, email, trade show attendance and at customer sites.

 

·        Develops sales strategies specific to geographic market and potential customer base.

 

·        Fields customer requests for technical assistance, and customer support.

 

·        Interfaces between internal groups and customers to develop custom design specifications.

 

·        Travel as required for trade shows, seminars, customer on site interactions (sales and training), travel typically is around 25%, and occasional international travel may be required.

 

 

Requirements:

  • Prior outside sales experience is required for this position (3 years or more desired), preferably in technical products.
  • Experience in the Wireless communications industry is an advantage.
  • A college degree (BA/BS) is required, or significant outside sales experience (5 or more years) with technical products or systems.
  • Ability to set and meet specific sales goal and strategies. 
  • Proven experience creating and maintaining key accounts. 
  • Excellent communication skills and PC proficiency. 
  • Able to fulfill requirements of regular and predictable attendance. 
  • Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Ability to interact with different personalities, problem solve and work towards conflict resolution

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, with annual bonus considerations. Mobile Mark provides annual paid vacation, 401K with match, Sponsored Health Insurance (HMO & PPO), and life insurance.
