Antenna Design Engineer We seek an Antenna Design Engineer to further propel us on our journey to be a stand-out supplier of quality products, while helping to maintain our entrepreneurial spirit. The person we seek should have significant design experience with panel/base station antennas and a thorough understanding of commercial wireless system architectures. Hands on experience with active devices (amplifiers), components and switching networks also desired. Written and verbal communications skills are highly important; the right person will be comfortable providing technical presentations/training. Education should include a BSEE, Masters preferred or equivalent. Extensive knowledge and experience with design software should include a variety of CAD, 3D Modeling, RF simulation. System design software experience is a plus. We put a priority on interpersonal communications camaraderie. We maintain an open office environment and a flattened organizational structure.
