Our Design Process

1. Round-Table Discussion

Start with a conversation between your team and ours. From there, our engineers determine whether you need a design tweak or a fully custom antenna.

2. Concept Design

Engineers evaluate your electrical and mechanical specifications to assess performance requirements and form factor, using in-house tools for EMI simulation and mechanical and thermal performance.

3. Rapid Prototyping

You get functional prototypes that look and work like the final antenna, so you can check fit and appearance as well as performance. They’re built with 3D printing, in-house PCBs, CNC machining, and our model shop, including plastic and injection-molded radomes fabricated in-house.

4. Design Verification

Network analyzers and our anechoic chamber verify electrical performance. DFMEA and PFMEA verification confirms the design meets your performance and life-cycle requirements. You also receive samples to test for yourself.

5. Pilot Run

Design and manufacturing engineers work together through the pilot run so it goes smoothly and validates the production process.
