A1813 Series (3 dB VHF)

The A1813 Series is the VHF member of a combined A1813/A1823 source family. Its approved configurations cover 132–174 MHz or 144–174 MHz with 3 dB gain; systems operating from 200 to 280 MHz should use the related A1823 Series rather than an expanded A1813 claim.

A base-loaded 5/8-wave whip provides the specified gain in brite or black finishes. Standard and shock-spring versions are documented for both A1813 tuning ranges, with the -32 whip extending up to 55 inches.

Ideal applications: vehicle-mounted VHF LMR systems that require a tuned gain whip and optional spring support.
