A1843 Series (3 dB UHF)

The A1843 Series occupies the middle of the A1842/A1843/A1845 UHF gain and height range. Its 21-inch 5/8-wave whip provides 3 dB gain, offering more gain than the compact A1842 without the 39-inch height of the A1845.

Five tuned configurations divide 406–512 MHz into 20 MHz ordering ranges. O-ring seals and overlap construction protect the loading section, while brite and black finishes support common vehicle installations.

Ideal applications: vehicle-mounted UHF LMR systems balancing 3 dB gain with moderate whip height.
