  • Account Manager

    Itasca, IL 60143
    Salary: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year

    If you answered Yes to any of the questions above, then Mobile Mark Inc. has the right opportunity for you. We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our Sales team as an Entry Level Account Manager in our Itasca, Illinois location.

    Mobile Mark is a leading supplier of communication antennas to markets throughout the world, with a well-established track record of offering innovative designs, quality manufacturing, and reliable performance.

    Many of our products feature innovative, patented designs, available only from Mobile Mark. We offer an extensive line of mobile, portable, and fixed site antennas. We also offer custom design products for specialized OEM applications.

    As an Entry Level Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

    · Report to the V.P. of Sales, providing regular input on account activities

    · Work with Regional Account Managers on specific tasks and project deadlines

    · Provide communication between the client and our team

    · Conduct follow-up and cold calls to existing and potential customers

    · Process orders including change orders, and responsible for appropriate follow-up

    Specific Job Requirements

    · Bachelor’s Degree preferred

    · Two years’ experience in Sales environment, working with customers and familiar with order entry and customer service

    · Ability to multi-task and tabulate data into CRM’s and/or spreadsheets

    · Excellent written and verbal communications skills

    · Travel as required for trade shows, seminars and customer visits; typically, around 25%

    · Bilingual is a plus

  • Assembler

    The Electro-Mechanical Assembler works as a member of an Antenna production team in a variety of situations using varied processes and materials to produce a wide range of Antenna related products.

    Duties may include:

    • Solder and assemble hardware including antennas and RF circuits.
    • Test the performance of antennas and wireless communication products using electronic test equipment.
    • Cable assembly
    • Ability to layout work and perform basic math calculations.
    • Strong work ethic and detail accuracy
    • Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
    • Adhere to all safety procedures
    • The Assembler will rotate to different areas in production and learn a wide variety of skills and processes.
    • Hands-on Training Provided
    • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Shipping Coordinator

    The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for insuring the effective operation of all processes within the Shipping Department. This position plays a critical role within our organization. She/he wears multiple hats and performs
    multiple duties with the end goal being to deliver company products in perfect condition in just the right time. The Shipping Coordinator will follow company policies and procedures; exercising superior interpersonal and management skills.

    Specific responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

    • Packaging skills (box making, skid and pallet loading and banding, stretch wrapping, etc.)
    • Receive, verify and stage all incoming material
    • Prepare orders for shipment using company sales order picking list.
    • Organize and maintain warehouse, shipping and receiving area in a safe, clean, and orderly fashion.
    • Ensure warehouse area is safe and secure at all times.
    • Managing staff and coordinating resources within the department
    • Maintaining shipping files, creating and updating spreadsheets and maintaining customer routing history.
    • Providing tracking or shipping history information to customers upon request
    • Reviewing and auditing freight bills for billing accuracy
    • Maintaining knowledge of current international import/export regulatory requirements
    • Performing with minimal supervision except for difficult issues
    • Special projects and other assigned tasks

    Specific Job Requirements

    • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
    • Experience in preparing FedEX, UPS, and USPS using proprietary software, International, and other air bills and
    ground transportation bill of ladings and shipping-packaging related documentation.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Three to five years’ experience in a Logistics and freight forwarding environment
    • Must possess strong and proven continuous process improvement skills, as well as the ability to lead changes
    and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must have a working knowledge of Internet utilization, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Must have an ability to successfully organize and manage multiple projects, while effectively motivating and
    • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction, quality, inventory integrity, and associate morale is required.
    • Must be a certified forklift driver
    • Bilingual is a plus
