  • Assembler

    The Electro-Mechanical Assembler works as a member of an Antenna production team in a variety of situations using varied processes and materials to produce a wide range of Antenna related products.

    Duties may include:

    • Solder and assemble hardware including antennas and RF circuits.
    • Test the performance of antennas and wireless communication products using electronic test equipment.
    • Cable assembly
    • Ability to layout work and perform basic math calculations.
    • Strong work ethic and detail accuracy
    • Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
    • Adhere to all safety procedures
    • The Assembler will rotate to different areas in production and learn a wide variety of skills and processes.
    • Hands-on Training Provided
    • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Marketing Assistant

    Overall scope of the position:

    • Assist Marketing Department with the development and implementation of marketing projects. 

    Specific responsibilities of the position include:

    • Trade shows: coordinate products, displays, logistics and travel arrangements for shows. Process post-show follow-up emails & mailings. Serve as liaison to show organizers. 
    • Website: ongoing development of Corporate Website and eStore.  Manage & update product specs, images & supporting documents. Monitor website traffic/use.
    • Sales/Distributor support: manage marketing material used by sales team and distributors including: product data, images, written material, and banner ads.
    • Graphics & photo prep: edit photos, brochures, documents, and graphics using Photoshop and InDesign. Opportunity to create new graphic material.
    • Written material: organize written content & data for white papers, tech bulletins, case studies, installation manuals, spec sheets, and web content. Opportunity to write material as well.
    • Training material: assist with development of training material for Mobile Mark customers, distributors and new employees.  Formats include PowerPoints, Videos, Webinars & On-Site meetings.
    • Market/Sales research: help monitor wireless markets, competitor activities, and major players.  Assist with data analysis and sales-lead research. Identify new industry resources and events.
    • Social Media: help develop images, post content, and track online activity.
    • Travel: occasional travel to industry events and trade shows. 
    • Other duties as assigned.

     

    Personal requirements:

    • Good written and verbal communication skills

     

    Education & experience:

    • Completion of a bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university
    • Training or experience in Product Marketing, Technical Communications a plus
    • Knowledge of design or video editing software or demonstrated ability to learn similar software a plus
    • Knowledge of eCommerce website administration a plus
    • Knowledge of Wireless Industry a plus

  • Production Manager

    The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring goods and services are produced efficiently and that the correct amount is produced at the right cost and level of quality.  The Production Manger will lead the Supervisor team and Production Engineer to ensure all needs for all aspects of manufacturing are met.  The individual will be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while preserving a positive attitude, and ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to. The Production Manager reports to the Director of Operations.

     

    Specific responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

    • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a Management/Supervisor role in a manufacturing environment.
    • Follow and enforce all established policies, procedures, and recognized practices.
    • Determine if new manufacturing machines, tools, methods, and fixtures are needed.
    • Inventory/In process control and tracking systems (MRP, Barcode, RFID).
    • Ensure the target productivity level is achieved daily.
    • Manufacturing process analysis and Improvement.
    • Responsible for plant financial performance while meeting customer requirements.
    • Oversees the Hiring, training, and evaluation of production workers; and monitor to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
    • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
    • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
    • Works Closely with the Production Resource Planner to ensure schedules are being met.
    • Manages Supervisors and Production Engineer to ensure that all production lines adhere to production manuals.
    • Coordinates with Quality Manager on all aspects of production including recommending procedures.
    • Review and Recommend Capital Equipment Budgets and P&L Expectations.
    • Completes direct reports evaluations and recommends goals and improvement plans.
    • Machining Knowledge including metal parts, fixtures, fabrication, & tooling, Injection Molding Knowledge a Plus.
    • Performs other incidental and related duties as assigned and required.

     

    Specific Job Requirements

    • Must be organized and detail oriented.
    • Proven leadership skills.
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines. 
    • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reason and influence at all levels.
    • Ability to read and understand technical documents and interpreting written assembly procedures
    • Has worked in a High Mix, Low Volume Manufacturing Environment.
    • Knowledge of Sage ERP software & Bar Coding or similar Back Office/Production Software
    • Knowledge of Excel/Word/Outlook/PC Office Systems.

    Education & Experience

    • A four-year degree and/or 7+ years of related experience and proven performance.
    • Experience and Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Concepts.
    • Should possess strong calculative and analytical skill sets.
