  • Assembler

    The Electro-Mechanical Assembler works as a member of an Antenna production team in a variety of situations using varied processes and materials to produce a wide range of Antenna related products.

    Duties may include:

    • Solder and assemble hardware including antennas and RF circuits.
    • Test the performance of antennas and wireless communication products using electronic test equipment.
    • Cable assembly
    • Ability to layout work and perform basic math calculations.
    • Strong work ethic and detail accuracy
    • Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
    • Adhere to all safety procedures
    • The Assembler will rotate to different areas in production and learn a wide variety of skills and processes.
    • Hands-on Training Provided
    • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Product Manager

    Mobile Mark is a premier supplier of antennas for a wide variety of applications. We are always “Moving Wireless Forward”.  Our products are some of the latest innovation designed for LTE, Land/Mobile, Vehicular Tracking, Smart highways and Industrial applications.

    We are looking for a Product Manager to help guide us into strengthening and building our portfolio of products and partners in the Land/Mobile & Military industry. Our Comtelco & Luxul brand of antenna products are just the beginning of things we intend to bring to market and offer solutions.

    The Product Manager will be responsible for both planning and execution of strategic & tactical programs in support of an assigned product line. Full life cycle planning will be involved for the product family.  Interfacing with Customers, Design Engineering, Sales, Operations and Marketing Communication is required.  A solid understanding of business financial issues, legal and international business development is important. Experience in leading a multifunctional team, or overseeing major projects or programs is essential. The Product Line Manager reports to the President.

    Specific responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

    • Define product strategy and product line roadmap. Develop product specifications that meet market needs and provide engineering guidance.
    • Analyze technical, financial, marketing, and sales information for the product line. Determine competitive pricing, monitor competitors to determine our best play.
    • Work with Marketing & Sales to set messaging for the product and build promotional energy.
    • Help develop sales tools, training material, collateral including application notes, datasheets, brochures, presentations, webinars, and competitive analysis, etc.
    • Work with Engineering and Production to provide oversight and priority for new product launches and corrective actions in response to field/customer issues.
    • Perform product line presentations and train sales team for new product launches.
    • Develop Sales & financial projections, perform analysis to determine capital investments for business growth.
    • Travel to support trade shows and seminars, monitor market parameters and provide support for sales team
    • Assist in establishing strategic partnerships & business relationships with industry members that further our cause.

     

    Specific Job Requirements

    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines. 
    • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reason and influence at all levels.
    • Excellent teamwork skills, written and verbal communication skills, provide positive Leadership.
    • Experience in legal issues and contract review experience
    • Experience in International business relations and ability to engage worldwide customers.
    • Able to travel monthly, including occasional international travel.
    • Experience & understanding of Social media, web analytics.

     

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree (Business, BSEE, STEM). MBA Preferred
    • 10+ years business-to-business marketing, sales or product management experience.
    • Manager level experience in manufactured products environment.
    • Antenna experience is not necessary, but knowledge within the Wireless industry, or other technical field is preferred.
    • Should possess strong calculative and analytical skills.
