  • Account Manager

    If you answered Yes to any of the questions above, then Mobile Mark Inc. has the right opportunity for you. We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our Sales team as an Entry Level Account Manager in our Itasca, Illinois location.

    Mobile Mark is a leading supplier of communication antennas to markets throughout the world, with a well-established track record of offering innovative designs, quality manufacturing, and reliable performance.

    Many of our products feature innovative, patented designs, available only from Mobile Mark. We offer an extensive line of mobile, portable, and fixed site antennas. We also offer custom design products for specialized OEM applications.

    As an Entry Level Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

    • Report to the V.P. of Sales, providing regular input on account activities
    • Work with Regional Account Managers on specific tasks and project deadlines
    • Provide communication between the client and our team
    • Conduct follow-up and cold calls to existing and potential customers
    • Process orders including change orders, and responsible for appropriate follow-up

    Specific Job Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Two years’ experience in Sales environment, working with customers and familiar with order entry and customer service
    • Ability to multi-task and tabulate data into CRM’s and/or spreadsheets
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Travel as required for trade shows, seminars and customer visits; typically, around 25%
    • Bilingual is a plus

  • Accounting Administrative Assistant

    The Accounting Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting with all aspects of day-to-day accounting as it regards to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and other related functions.

    Specific responsibilities of the position include, but not limited to:

    • Daily processing of customer invoices
    • Credit Card processing
    • Daily processing of vendor invoices
    • Works closely with Office Manager on timely accounting closes
    • File upkeep of Closed Orders, Closed Payables
    • Answer and route incoming phone calls
    • Sort and distribute incoming mail
    • Routinely assists in general administrative functions as required
    • Performs other incidental and related duties as assigned and required

    Specific Job Requirements

    • Must be organized and detail oriented
    • Strong keyboard skills
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
    • Knowledge of SAGE software or other Back/Office Operations Software
    • Knowledge of Excel/Word/Outlook/PC Systems

    Education and Experience

    • High School Diploma
    • 2+ years of previous related experience
    • Should possess strong calculative and analytical skill sets
    • Must be able to read, speak and understand the English language

  • Assembler

    The Electro-Mechanical Assembler works as a member of an Antenna production team in a variety of situations using varied processes and materials to produce a wide range of Antenna related products.

    Duties may include:

    • Solder and assemble hardware including antennas and RF circuits.
    • Test the performance of antennas and wireless communication products using electronic test equipment.
    • Cable assembly
    • Ability to layout work and perform basic math calculations.
    • Strong work ethic and detail accuracy
    • Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
    • Adhere to all safety procedures
    • The Assembler will rotate to different areas in production and learn a wide variety of skills and processes.
    • Hands-on Training Provided
    • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

  • Engineering Technician Mechanical

    Overall Scope of the Position


    The Engineering Technician prepares drawings and 3D models under the supervision of the engineers. He/she will also do mechanical assembly and light machining as required as required.

    Specific Responsibilities of the position include, but are limited to:


    • CAD Drafting
    • Preparing 3D mechanical models
    • Assist in project documentation and document control.
    • Assist in the fabrication of engineering samples.


    Personal Requirements


    • Working knowledge of PC-based C.A.D. software. (Autocad, Solidworks).
    • Ability to develop 3D mechanical models under the supervision of an Engineer.
    • Light Machine Shop abilities.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Must integrate well into a team Engineering environment.

    Education and Experience

    • High School Degree, preferably with 2D and 3D C.A.D. Classes.
    • Training in Autocad and Solidworks.
  • Manufacturing Engineer

    The Manufacturing Engineer develops and implements optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards; recommends and implements improvements to production processes, methods and controls; coordinates manufacturing launch for new or revised products. This position reports directly to the Production Manager.

    Specific responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

    • Develops and improves of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment through Lean practices
    • Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning labor standards, work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout
    • Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs; reviewing production schedules; estimating future requirements
    • Provides support to production control, safety, quality control and training
    • Collaborate with design engineering to ensure product drawings and BOMs are structured correctly and meet design standards.
    • Daily support of troubleshooting manufacturing issues
    • Coordinates the manufacturing launch of new/revised products including establishing goals, technical training team members and evaluating results
    • Perform Production Failure Mode Analysis
    • Technical Writing and documenting work instructions
    • Address and participate in Corrective/Preventive Action
    • Special projects and other assigned tasks

    Specific Job Requirements

    • Proficient knowledge of manufacturing practices
    • Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude
    • Problem solving and leadership skills
    • Good organizational skills & follow-through; Self-starter
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Must have experience with ISO9001
    • Strong MS office skills

    Education & Experience

    • Associates or similar degree in related Engineering or Technical discipline is required, BS preferred
    • 1 to 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment; Recent graduates will be considered.
    • Working knowledge of SolidWorks, CAD/CAM software
    • CNC programming and machine shop experience is a plus
    • Spanish bilingual a plus
