Sales Support Specialist

The Sales Support Specialist will assist the Sales staff with growth and organization of the sales department. The individual must be organized and be a proficient progressive thinker with a positive attitude that wants to learn and grow professionally. Must have superb problem-solving abilities, sense of urgency, as well as think creatively and strategically. This person must have effective time management, business knowledge, and the ability to multitask and think independently. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales.

 

Specific responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • Order processing; including writing up orders, confirming models, looking up and confirming pricing
  • Assist Sales Department on customer requests and tasks; including order status, changes and expediting
  • Work with Business Development Manager regarding Distributor Portals & Channel Partners regarding order processing and order/portal confirmations
  • Track and monitor orders for late status / trouble items; including the review of reports and updating the appropriate sales person
  • Attend Operations/Production meetings to relay order related issues to the Sales department
  • Trade Show Follow up; including follow-up calls to contacts at the instruction of the sales person
  • Cold calling; reaching out to prior and new leads via phone, as well as web searches for contact information
  • CRM updating – Update missing fields/clean up database; solicit Account Manager’s feedback
  • eStore lead management/order processing and communicating with the appropriate sales person
  • Mail Chimp / database follow-ups – Phone or email – Clean up rejected emails
  • Competitor Research; including web research for products and financial information
  • Check stock on products…or provide lead times for projects by interfacing with Operations
  • Special projects and other assigned tasks

Specific Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • 2+ years of customer service or sales support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Good organizational skills & follow through; Self-starter
  • Basic administrative skills
  • Knowledge of Excel/Word/Outlook/PowerPoint/CRM/PC Systems

Assembler

The Electro-Mechanical Assembler works as a member of an Antenna production team in a variety of situations using varied processes and materials to produce a wide range of Antenna related products.

Duties may include:

  • Solder and assemble hardware including antennas and RF circuits.
  • Test the performance of antennas and wireless communication products using electronic test equipment.
  • Cable assembly
  • Ability to layout work and perform basic math calculations.
  • Strong work ethic and detail accuracy
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
  • The Assembler will rotate to different areas in production and learn a wide variety of skills and processes.
  • Hands-on Training Provided
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

Compensation based on Experience, seeking Entry Level as well as Experienced Candidates. Multiple Shifts Available.
