Outdoor Toughness Meets Omni-Coverage

Mobile Mark’s OD Series

At Mobile Mark, we believe that reliable connectivity is a must anywhere; whether you’re working indoors or outdoors, we work hard to ensure coverage where and when you need it. Antenna type and location play an important role in ensuring you get the best results for your projects. If you need to direct your signal in a specific direction, you would use a Directional antenna; however, if you need to radiate signals equally in all directions, you would use an Omnidirectional Antenna. Today, we’ll discuss our Omnidirectional antennas, specifically our OD Series.

What is the OD Series?
The OD Series is our line of omnidirectional site antennas designed for dependable, 360° coverage in real-world conditions. Whether you’re mounting on a pole or heavy-duty equipment, the OD antennas deliver performance that stands the test of time. The series stems from decades of antenna design prowess, with engineering innovations that balance reliability, ruggedness, and flexibility, so you can deploy fast and stay connected longer.

Our experienced engineers have designed various models of ODs throughout the years to match the wireless technology advancements and ensure we offer the best possible solutions. Therefore, our ODs include options for Cellular, WiFi, VHF/UHF, and specialty networks!

Before we introduce you to some featured products, let’s dissect the naming convention we created for the OD Series antennas using our OD5-2400/5500MOD2. We already established the OD refers to their omnidirectional feature, the number following that, 5 in this case, usually refers to the antenna’s gain. The following numbers usually refer to the frequency the antenna covers, which in this instance is 2.4 & 5 GHz which shows that this specific OD is for WiFi networks. The MOD2 at the end indicates that this antenna is modified for High Vibration applications and is resistant to extreme environments. Now that you know the general idea, let’s see some different variations and featured products!

DOD3-600/7200
For applications that demand both multiband coverage and wideband performance, the DOD3-600/7200 stands out. This dual-band omnidirectional antenna covers 617–960 MHz and 1700-7200 MHzmaking it ideal for 5G and LTEnetworks. With a gain of 2-4dBi, it provides consistent 360° coverage, ensuring devices stay connected even as they move across harsh environments. Designed with a fiberglass radome and weather-protected hardware, the DOD3 thrives in outdoor conditions where dependable broadband coverage is essential. This specific model is also optimized for RedCap/NR-Light to support lower complexity IoT devices efficiently. It is ideal for MIMO Mobile/Fixed Private 5G/LTE Wireless Network Systems.

OD3-150WB
The OD3-150WB is a specialized wideband base station antenna built for VHF applications, operating across the 138-180 MHz range. With 2 dBi gain and a durable fiberglass radome, it’s engineered to support public safety, utilities, aviation, and fleet communications that rely on reliable wide-area coverage.

OD12-2400
When long-range coverage is required, the OD12-2400 steps up with 12 dBi gain in the 2.4 GHz WiFi band. This high-gain model extends network reach while maintaining omnidirectional performance, making it a go-to solution for campuses, municipal WiFi, and large outdoor facilities. Its rugged construction ensures reliability in all weather conditions, and optional reflector kits let you fine-tune the coverage pattern to suit your environment. The OD12-2400 brings together reach, resilience, and versatility in one package.

MOD3-2400
The MOD3-2400 is one of Mobile Mark’s marine-grade omnidirectional antennas, that is designed to thrive in sea and harbor environments. Tuned for the 2.42.5 GHz band with a 3 dBi gain, its design features powder-coated assembly, stainless steel mounting hardware, and machined aluminum feed components, all specially treated to resist the corrosive effects of saltwater and harsh marine conditions. Employing a colinear array structure with unique phasing, it delivers uniform 360° coverage, making it a reliable solution for marine IoT installations, and coastal infrastructure where signal consistency meets sea-strength durability. Higher gains such as 6, 9, and 12 dBi options are available for this model.

OD3-600/6000MOD2
When the going gets tough, the OD3-600/6000MOD2 keeps your network connected. Engineered specifically for high-vibration, extreme environments like mining, construction, and exploration, this omnidirectional antenna covers 617960 MHz, 2 dBi gain and 1700–6000 MHz, 4 dBi gain supporting both legacy cellular and 5G Sub-6 applications. Its robust build includes a foam-filled design that absorbs vibration, all-weather durability, and full ground-plane–independent operation, ensuring reliable performance even on moving vehicles or heavy equipment in the field. Made in the USA, this antenna is the go-to choice for mining operations that demand consistent broadband access in the world’s harshest environments.
