These 7-in-1 antennas contain seven antenna elements.  Typically this means one GPS or GNSS antenna element and six additional element.  With seven elements, it is possible to offer 4xMIMO (Multiple-Input-Multiple-Output) coverage, i.e. 2xLTE, 4xLTE and 1xGNSS.  Or, it is possible to offer dual-carrier MIMO LTE coverage along with 2xMIMO coverage on WiFi, e.g. 4xLTE, 2xWiFi and 1xGPS.
